Newsom Signs 13 Abortion Bills, Including 'Infanticide' Bill, After 'Twisting the Words of Jesus Christ'

Gov. Gavin Newsom signed 13 new abortion and reproductive health bills into law Tuesday strengthening California's already robust allowances for ending the life of a baby.
